In-House Sales Representative

About the Role

At Globaltex Fine Linens, we specialize in luxury textiles crafted for the world’s most prestigious hotels, resorts, and residences.
As an In-House Sales Representative, you will play a central role in driving our B2B sales growth by managing client relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring each customer receives the personalized service that defines the Globaltex experience.

This position is based in our South Florida headquarters and is ideal for professionals who thrive in a structured, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales communications with existing and potential clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel procurement teams, designers, and purchasing managers.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales with attention to detail and brand standards.

  • Collaborate with the logistics, marketing, and accounting teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales data.

  • Coordinate showroom visits, virtual presentations, and sample requests.

  • Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Calendar) and CRM tools (Shopify or Zoho CRM preferred) for daily operations.

  • Support senior management in developing B2B sales strategies and identifying new opportunities in key markets.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, interior design, or luxury product industries.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM platforms.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent follow-through.

  • Fluency in English, Spanish, or French is a plus.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
