Accounting
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting to join our team at Globaltex Fine Linens Turkey Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with Luca Accounting Program or ability to quickly adapt to accounting software systems
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role (experience in Financial Consultancy offices is a plus)
- Strong command of Google Workspace tools (especially Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to both technical and personal development
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage pre-accounting records
- Control and process purchase invoices, stock records, and accounting entries
- Accurately process and archive documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and receipts
- Operate and manage E-Invoice and E-Ledger systems
- Record and track checks, promissory notes, POS transactions, and bank payments/collections
- Perform current account tracking and reconciliation processes
- Conduct Ba-Bs reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
