Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-level service to our global clients and support our strategic market research efforts.

Working Model & Criteria

  • Location: Remote (Based in Turkey).

  • Working Hours: 15:00 – 24:00 (GMT+3) — Fully aligned with US Eastern Time.

  • Language: Advanced English (Written and Verbal).

  • Competency: Proficiency in CRM systems and rapid problem-solving skills.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Providing instant responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Identifying and resolving product or service issues at the source.

  • Enhancing brand loyalty by keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Strategic Support (Sales & Research)

  • Periodically listing newly opened hotels in specific US states and regions.

  • Identifying key decision-makers (Purchasing Managers, General Managers, etc.) in target hotels.

  • Initiating first contact or directing the sales team to these key prospects.

  • Reporting all market research and communication data via CRM.
