Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-level service to our global clients and support our strategic market research efforts.
Working Model & Criteria
Location: Remote (Based in Turkey).
Working Hours: 15:00 – 24:00 (GMT+3) — Fully aligned with US Eastern Time.
Language: Advanced English (Written and Verbal).
Competency: Proficiency in CRM systems and rapid problem-solving skills.
Operational Responsibilities
Providing instant responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Identifying and resolving product or service issues at the source.
Enhancing brand loyalty by keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Strategic Support (Sales & Research)
Periodically listing newly opened hotels in specific US states and regions.
Identifying key decision-makers (Purchasing Managers, General Managers, etc.) in target hotels.
Initiating first contact or directing the sales team to these key prospects.
Reporting all market research and communication data via CRM.
