Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Turkey.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or agency/corporate environments
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and campaign structures
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and preferably Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides)
  • Ability to create engaging content and visually aligned designs
  • Strong analytical thinking with reporting and presentation skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (testing, measurement, optimization, and SEO alignment)
  • Create conversion-focused campaigns tailored to target audiences, industry, and channels
  • Plan and execute customer acquisition strategies across digital platforms
  • Generate and implement creative content ideas aligned with brand identity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality campaign assets, including A/B testing processes
  • Manage social media operations, including moderation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
  • Support brand awareness and online reputation management initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of interactive and performance-driven digital campaigns
