Embroidery Machine Operator

About the Role

This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for craftsmanship and textile production.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial embroidery machines to produce high-quality logos, monograms, and custom designs.

• Review design specifications and ensure accuracy in color, placement, and stitching.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues.

• Inspect finished products to ensure consistency with brand quality standards.

• Manage daily production logs and report output data.

• Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to meet order deadlines.

• Use Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive) to track designs, production updates, and internal communication.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating embroidery or textile machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design instructions precisely.

• Familiarity with similar embroidery machines preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
