Human Resources Specialist

Globaltex Fine Linens, a leading exporter of premium hotel textiles, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage and support HR processes in compliance with local legislation at our Turkey Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Effective use of written and verbal communication channels
  • Open to continuous learning and professional development
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving ability with strong analytical thinking skills
  • Clear and effective communication (strong diction)
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain personnel files, ensuring they are accurate and up to date
  • Manage and organize payroll processes
  • Record and report employee leaves and medical reports to relevant managers
  • Execute recruitment and termination procedures in accordance with legal regulations
  • Handle official correspondence with institutions such as SSI and the Turkish Employment Agency
  • Monitor and follow up on occupational safety and legal compliance processes
  • Support and manage processes related to training, performance management, internal communication, and employee engagement activities
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, workflows, and organizational charts
  • Revise HR procedures in line with legal requirements and company needs
  • Build, filter, and maintain a structured candidate (CV) pool
  • Organize interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
