Your Opportunity:
- Lead franchise sales efforts in international regions including the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East
- Identify and qualify prospective franchisees via inbound leads, trade shows, and direct outreach
- Deliver franchise presentations and organize Discovery Days tailored to local markets
- Manage end-to-end franchise sales process: qualification, due diligence, negotiations, and closing
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on franchise agreements and local compliance
- Represent Globaltex at international hospitality expos and franchising events
- Partner with marketing to develop market-specific sales materials
- Track and report key franchise KPIs and provide strategic insights
- Support smooth onboarding from signing to launchRequired Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in international franchise development or B2B hospitality sales
- Proven success in closing multi-unit or master franchise agreements
- Strong knowledge of international business practices and franchise law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Streak, Copper, Zoho CRM)
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%
- Multilingual is a plus (Spanish, French, or Arabic preferred)Preferred Qualities
