We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or stated in an approved quotation or invoice. Payment authorization must be completed before fulfillment unless written credit terms apply. For qualifying orders exceeding $2,000 within a 30-day period, a disclosed credit card processing fee may apply. Alternative payment methods, including wire transfer where available, may be offered to avoid that fee.

Custom products, embroidered items, private-label goods, special sizes, custom colors, mock-up approved products, and made-to-order merchandise may be subject to separate deposits, minimum quantities, production lead times, tolerances, and cancellation restrictions. Production may begin after written approval of artwork, specifications, samples, mock-ups, or order forms. Approved custom work may be non-returnable except where a verified manufacturing defect applies.

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance, port congestion, weather, supply-chain disruptions, inspections, force majeure events, or incomplete customer information. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and for any special receiving requirements.

Title and risk of loss transfer in accordance with the shipping terms stated at checkout, in the applicable quotation, invoice, order form, or carrier confirmation. For standard parcel deliveries, Globaltex Fine Linens is not responsible for theft or disappearance after the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, except where required by law. Customers should arrange secure receipt and promptly report carrier damage or delivery discrepancies.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific or quotation-specific terms. Requests must be submitted within the stated timeframe and satisfy the applicable eligibility, condition, authorization, and documentation requirements.

Unless different written terms apply, eligible products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against verified manufacturing defects. Covered defects may include stitching failure, structural damage not caused by misuse, or abnormal fading under proper care. Damage caused by improper washing, bleach or chemical misuse, commercial abuse, accidents, ordinary wear, incorrect storage, failure to follow care instructions, or subjective dissatisfaction with softness is not covered.

To submit a claim, email clear photographs, the order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue to customerservice@globaltexusa.com. We generally review complete claims within 3–5 business days. If approved, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, account credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Textile products may vary slightly due to manufacturing methods, laundering, finishing, photography, screen settings, dye lots, and natural material characteristics. Unless a stricter written specification applies, dimensional variations of approximately 1–2 inches may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect. Color, texture, weight, and hand feel may also vary within reasonable production tolerances.

We attempt to present accurate product, inventory, image, specification, and pricing information. If information is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, we may correct it and may cancel or revise affected orders, including after confirmation. Any payment collected for a canceled item will be refunded as appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, its content, and related online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or freedom from harmful components. Applicable product warranties, if any, are limited to the written terms provided for those products.
